|Shoes/Clothing Return Policy
We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges, within 60 days of purchase,
for both shoes and clothing items that show no visible sign of wear and are
still in their original packaging and/or have all tags/labels still attached. Any
refunds on purchases made with a credit card must be credited back to the
credit card that made the purchase. No cash can be refunded on credit
sales. Receipt is required for any type of refund. What if you received the
item as a gift? As long as we can tell the item was purchased from JR Moore
& Son, we will be glad to exchange the item for other merchandise, but we
are unable to refund without a receipt.
Shoes returned for quality issues will be handled according to the
manufacture guidelines. Most of our shoe brands carry some form of a
quality guarantee and we make every effort to ensure our customer is
satisfied. Shoe manufactures require a receipt in order to validate their
guarantees. We are glad to assist our customers in returns for quality issues.
Most shoe manufactures back their products up to six months for
"manufacture defects". Unusually heavy wear or corrosive environments may
void manufacture warranties. Unless a shoe has a specific "comfort
guarantee", we can not replace/refund shoes for wrong sizes or discomfort
that is not related to a manufacture defect. Once a pair of shoes has been
replaced for quality issues, there is no warranty on the replacement pair.
It is very important that you have your receipt when returning or exchanging
any merchandise. We are very limited in our response to return or exchanges
without the receipt.
